Above rental rates are monthly rates. The Division will deduct 12 months rent (September to August) over the 10-month school year (September to June). If a tenant does not rent for the full school year any prepaid rent will be returned to them at the end of their tenancy.

    • Education Leave (51% of salary plus 10% per dependent to a maximum of 71% for Long and Medium terms, and 100% for Short-term)
    • Bursaries – up to 4 per year with 100% reimbursement.
  • Provincial Agreement Provisions including but not limited to:
    • Dental and Health care plan
      • Premiums paid by Provincial Government
      • Includes coverage for prescription drugs and other eligible health care costs
      • Coverage according to dentist’s approved fee schedule – no deductible
    • Sick leave
